The Payoffs of Owning the Podium

The promotional products business associations and service organizations produce Award Programs to recognize excellence. Many people have told me over the years that they are just too busy with everyday business issues to invest the time necessary to enter awards competitions. Many of those same people do not believe that specific results can be attributed to awards.

In an article reported in the Toronto Globe and Mail’s Report on Business someone outside this business writes of his Public Relations company’s successes as a result of continuing entries in to awards competitions. If you have heard me speak on the subject you know I’m a strong believer in the benefits of entering every competition available for any company in the creative fields.
